This legal notice is governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without prejudice to mandatory rules applicable to visitors in other jurisdictions.
Privacy Policy
Alides processes personal data in accordance with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2016 on the Protection of Personal Data Privacy (PDPPL) and, for visitors located in the European Economic Area, in line with the principles of the GDPR.
Data we collect
- Enquiry form: name, organisation, role, email address and the content of your message.
- Candidate or referral exchanges: the information you choose to share with us in the course of a mandate (career history, contact details).
- Technical data: this Site is a static website and sets no advertising trackers. Standard server logs are processed by our host for security purposes.
Purposes
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiries, to conduct the retained mandates entrusted to us, and to maintain a confidential professional relationship with you. It is never sold or rented to third parties.
Confidentiality in executive search
Discretion is the foundation of our work. Information shared with us in the context of a mandate is treated in strict confidence: your profile is never presented to a client without a prior conversation with you, and no reference is taken without your consent.
Processors and transfers
Enquiry-form submissions are transmitted through Formspree, Inc. (form processing) and the Site is served by GitHub, Inc. (hosting); both may process data outside Qatar under their own safeguards. Within the scope of an international mandate, data may be shared with a member firm of ECI Group, with your prior agreement.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for up to 3 years after our last exchange; candidate information for up to 2 years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or agree to a longer period.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@eci-alides.com. We respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority (in Qatar, the National Cyber Governance and Assurance Affairs; in the EU, your local supervisory authority).
Cookies
The Site uses no advertising or profiling cookies. Only technical elements strictly necessary to serve the pages (host infrastructure, fonts) are involved in your visit.
